Welcome to F Trust. Incorporated in 2007, F Trust was founded to provide a turnkey solution for the incorporation of companies, trusts and foundations to an existing network of families and companies. Our clients are private individuals and families requiring companies to hold assets - anything from investments to property and leisure assets, such as planes and boats. Our clients are also entrepreneurs active in private equity and venture capital, as well as asset management - here we do everything, from set up and shareholder agreements, to monthly payroll.

Our aim: to provide company incorporations and administration at fixed, affordable pricing, delivered complete and ready to use with bank accounts, credit cards, corporate documents and internal contracts, if required.

What I do with my team at F Trust today, is what I started doing as my very first position in a small private bank in Luxembourg: incorporating companies. Having worked within online brokerage and private equity, I came back to corporate structuring and company incorporation to cater to those companies and entrepreneurs that are building and expanding their businesses, gaining assets but often dont find a specialised provider of incorporation services which isn’t a large law firm without fixed pricing, or an online unreliable mass incorporation service.

I firmly believe that a business, well housed, and structured is a determining factor to the successful outcome of an investment.
