Company profile

This includes company name, seat, purpose and incorporation year. Do these fit your requirements, your future plans for activity and domicile? The fewer changes you need to make the better. Changing the name, domicile or purpose of the company will require Articles to be amended at a Swiss notary. Filling history and its good standing

Before purchasing a company, you may want to ensure the company has completed its obligations and will be delivered to you with no hidden duties: have tax returns been filed, is the accounting up to date? Can it be handed over? Can corporate documents be handed over in kind and electronically?
