Switzerland’s tax system is among the world’s most attractive for both individuals and corporations. Offering the lowest tax rates in Europe, Switzerland has grown a strong presence of leading international companies. Swiss companies are subject to Swiss corporate income tax on their taxable profits generated in Switzerland. Companies are taxed at three different levels in Switzerland - federal, cantonal, and communal level. Switzerland levies a direct federal tax at a flat rate of 8.5% on profit, however cantonal and communal tax rates depend on the Canton.

All Swiss companies are obligated to file the annual tax returns and financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss accounts) with the tax office of the canton the company is registered in. For the company’s accounting we offer transparent and fixed pricing, depending on number of yearly transactions. The accounting can be done on quarterly, half - yearly or yearly basis according to your wishes. The tax year in Switzerland runs from 1st January to 31st December. After we have prepared the tax return and it is approved by you, we also submit it to the relevant tax office.
