5. PLUGINS

Our website uses three different plugins, Google Analytics, Mailchimp and LinkedIn. 

Google Analytics is a web analysis services from Google. Analytics help us to see how our customers are using the website. All the information is from cookies. We use Mailchimp to send our customers newsletters. We have a link to our LinkedIn profile on the website which you can visit by clicking on it.

F Trust AG applies an internal set of policies, which includes basic standard business practice within all areas in which F Trust AG operates, in order to ensure the safety and integrity of the data stored by F Trust AG. These policies are updated according to any new legislation and/or market changes.

4.   F Trust AG should only store personal data for as long as is legally required. Data which has been stored for a period of more than 10 years after a client has left should be removed from the database unless F Trust AG deems a longer period of storage necessary.

5.   Personal data must be stored and processed securely, this includes the processing of personal data by Third Parties on behalf of F Trust AG, which is subject to F Trust AG’s approval and monitoring process. 

6.   In accordance with relevant data protection laws clients and/or individuals do have rights which may include the right to restrict the way in which their data is used. It should be noted that if clients/ individuals do not provide requested information by F Trust AG, certain services may become unavailable as a result. Clients of F Trust AG may exercise the following rights in terms of data protection:
