Swiss Branch
Swiss branch (or in German Zweigniederlassung) is not a separate legal entity. It can run commercial, economical and operational activities on their own as long as they conduct the same business nature as the Head Office. Swiss branch has its own tax number and pay its own income tax in Switzerland.

At least one manager of the branch should be Swiss resident.

Branch must file annual financial statements and annual tax returns with Swiss authorities.

Once all the requested documents delivered, the registration process usually takes around one to two weeks, depending on Commercial Registry
STEP 1: GET YOUR DOCUMeNTS IN ORDER
Provide us with Articles of Association and Commercial registry extract of the Head Office.
Provide us with the passport copy and utility bill of the shareholders of the Head Office.
Provide us with the the passport copy and utility bill of the managers of the future branch.
Choose in which canton you wish to register the branch.

STEP 2: SIGN FOR REGISTRATION
Sign F Trust’s mandate agreements
Sign management acceptance letter (certify your signature - and arrange it to be apostilled if you are outside Switzerland)
We will prepare the registration documents and hand them in to Swiss Commercial registry.
STEP 3: BANK ACCOUNT OPENING*
Once the branch is registered with the Swiss Commercial registry, F Trust will complete account opening application forms
Access rights are to be agreed on. Forms need to be signed
