There are only 2 STEPS for you to get your trademark registered!

2. Select trademark classes for your products.

 For international trademark registration, you can choose to register in specific countries or regions. 

What does F Trust do? 
We will research and check the availability of the word marks/logos you wish to register, fill out the application, be point of contact for the authorities, submit the application, answering their questions on your behalf and constantly check the status of the registration. We also work directly together with trademark lawyers on certain cases. 

And the Trademark Office?
They will examine the applications and, if it is approved on this stage, the applications will be sent to the prosecution stage where the objections and oppositions can arise. If there are no opposition parties or they are defeated, the registration and publication of the trademarks will be granted. If no oppositions arise, the average timeframe of the approval is 4 months.

What’s next when the trademark is registered?
The registered trademarks will be protected in the chosen territories for ten years with the possibility of extension. You can use your registered trademarks for your business. (Please note that it is illegal to use any unregistered trademarks for business.)
